Jason Rabinovich is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania, New York, and Maryland. Since becoming a broker, Jason has managed a team of 20+ real estate agents, handled thousands of transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers, and has overseen more than $350M in real estate transactions. Jason's expertise in complex and high end deals is second to none. Currently, Jason oversees the team’s complex and luxury market transactions.

In our team’s first two years with Berkshire Hathaway (2018 & 2019), our team won the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award for being in the top 1% of the Berkshire network for sales nationwide (2018) and the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award for being in the top 1/2%  of the Berkshire network for sales nationwide (2019). In 2020, Jason was recognized by The Philadelphia Magazine as one of Philadelphia region’s “Top Real Estate Producers” based on 2019 sales volume. In 2020, Jason was also recognized by The Philadelphia Style Magazine as one of Philadelphia’s “Real Estate Power Players”.

Jason is also a licensed attorney in PA, NY, NJ, and FL. As a real estate attorney, Jason has both litigated and handled the most complex real estate transactions and issues. Jason has been repeatedly recognized as one of the best real estate attorneys in Pennsylvania by the SuperLawyers publication (7 years in a row), the American Society of Legal Advocates (7 years in a row), the Philadelphia Business Journal, and by many other respected national and international publications. Jason is also a frequent speaker for real estate matters in Philadelphia.

Jason earned a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University, with distinction, and his J.D. from George Mason University. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Jason was the broker/owner of RE/MAX Premier in Old City, Philadelphia. Jason is also an avid real estate investor himself and lives in downtown Philadelphia.
