Jason moved to Philadelphia upon graduating from Bloomsburg University in 2000. Throughout his time in Philadelphia, Jason has lived in many sections the city (Andorra, Manayunk, Rittenhouse, Northern Liberties, Bella Vista, Center City, etc.). Because of this, he has firsthand knowledge many of Philadelphia’s popular and diverse neighborhoods. 

As firm believer in the Golden Rule, Jason treats all parties in the transaction with care and respect. Additionally, gleaned from his time as an archaeologist, he has developed a keen eye for attention to the smallest of details. With this focus, he will strive to make every interaction and transaction as smooth as possible.
